About Me

I am a forensic behavioral analyst and litigation consultant specializing in trauma and high-control group dynamics. I earned my medical degree from Columbia University, completed my psychiatry internship at the University of Southern California, and studied at Harvard University as an undergraduate.

I work with legal teams, advocates, and institutions to interpret complex human behavior in high-stakes contexts, focusing on patterns that are often misread in cases involving coercion, influence, and abuse.

Drawing on training in medicine, behavioral science, and psychiatry, along with forensic-informed frameworks, I provide clear, grounded analysis of behavior under pressure. My perspective is further informed by direct experience within a high-control system, contributing to a level of pattern recognition rarely available in traditional models.

I was featured in and served as an executive producer on Stolen Youth: Inside the Cult at Sarah Lawrence, a Hulu documentary series released in 2023, where I speak to the realities of coercive control and the challenges systems face in recognizing it.

A frequent speaker on coercion, behavior shaped by trauma, human trafficking, and decision-making under pressure, I present to legal and institutional audiences around the world.

I am also co-founder of Ascentra, a networking platform designed for survivor professionals seeking long-term career growth and community.
